The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Advisor to join the Mullins Marketing & Business Development team. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, this role offers both collaboration and autonomy. This diverse and interesting role supports strategic business development activities as well as the firm’s broader marketing goals.


  • Reviewing and editing legal articles/publications.
  • Drafting, designing and producing collateral - marketing flyers, tenders, proposals, capability statements and contact cards.
  • Management and distribution of electronic marketing (eDMs).
  • Managing sponsorships (including fostering sponsor relationships, renewing contracts and coordinating sponsorship related events and activities).
  • Supporting the implementation and execution of strategic business development plans.
  • Coordinating some internal and external client functions.
  • Supporting firm-wide marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Updating and maintaining the firm website and intranet.
  • Drafting social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook.

We are looking for

Our ideal candidate has a positive, results orientated attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are degree qualified in marketing (or a related area) and have more than three years’ experience working in a similar role at a professional services firm or large corporate organisation. They are highly organised, professional and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop is desirable, but not essential.

This role is perfect for an experienced Coordinator looking to take the next step or an Advisor looking to broaden their skills in business development or general marketing.

Please note this role is not designed to suit a Graduate and is not suitable for someone who is predominantly skilled in digital marketing or creative services.
