We have an opportunity for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator or Executive to join our Melbourne team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support the Disputes practice group and be part of the broader Marketing and Business Development team. You will provide support to the Business Development Manager's on a variety of business development activities. There is opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of tasks including pitches, alerts, internal communications and exposure to our digital team.

This role will ideally suit a candidate from a legal or professional services background and you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a Business Development Coordinator or someone who is already working at an Executive level role. We are seeking someone who has strong organisational and communication skills and works collaboratively in a team environment with a can do attitude.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the national business development team to support production of best practice tenders and proposals

  • Develop and assist with marketing collateral including client alerts, publications and campaigns

  • Assisting with internal reporting on marketing activities

  • Maintain deal lists and BD activities

  • Assist with Directory submissions and deal table ranking submissions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator or Executive role in a legal or professional services environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative and proactive approach

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or other business related discipline
