About the Role

The role of the Marketing Advisor is to provide high quality communications, event co-ordination and marketing expertise to the firm.

This position offers plenty of variety. It requires an individual who is confident, self-motivated, has exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that ensures all events and projects run smoothly.

The role of the Marketing Advisor is to ensure all events are well organised, professional and proceed with a minimum of fuss. In addition, our brand awareness in the marketplace is critical to our success. The preparation and production of our marketing collateral is a large component of this role. This includes tender and proposal preparation. Finally, you will work directly with the Partners to support them to achieve their individual marketing plans.

Responsibilities include but at not limited to:

  • Organisation, implementation and management of events, seminars, lunches, cocktail functions etc.
  • Designing marketing and event collateral.
  • Liaise with print agencies.
  • Manage and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage photo library and logo database.
  • Assist the Executive team and service line divisions in the implementation of sponsorship/partnership activities.
  • Management of current sponsorship and membership opportunities.
  • Client relationship activities.
  • Critical Point Network – database, event and communication.
  • Liaise with national marketing – implement national marketing campaigns, activities.
  • Marketing budget management.
  • Administrative support for practice management group.
  • Assist with company research and CVs for tenders and capability statements.
  • Maintain client database listings.

Essential skills include:

  • Proven experience in organising events.
  • Demonstrated experience using the Adobe Indesign program or other similar programs.
  • Experience in preparation of Tenders and Proposals (Highly desirable).
