What would you be doing?

You’ll be working as a Clients and Markets Coordinator in our Markets Team, based in Auckland. The Markets team works with our client teams to drive and embed business development strategy, generate pipeline and win profitable client engagements, build and maintain and develop strong and enduring client relationships.

This role supports the development, implementation and delivery of marketing and business development strategies and initiatives in line with the Markets strategic plan.

We are looking for a recent graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate across lines of service and internal firm services to collate and maintain up to date priority client information as directed by the National Priority Account Programme Manager.
  • Coordinate priority account team and client meetings as required.
  • Collate and coordinate market and competitor insights and intelligence.
  • Manage the recording of all feedback in the firm’s client feedback database and reporting requests in conjunction with the client experience team.
  • Maintain and coordinate the firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and online satisfaction surveys in conjunction with the client experience team including survey compilation, distribution and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal communications, key client stories and information on priority client intranet sites and
  • Assist to keep priority account information up to date in Salesforce and prepare reporting as required.

What do you need to bring to the role?

This position will suit high-performing individuals with an interest in business and client development and account management. We are looking for a professional who has the following characteristics:

  • Business or Marketing graduate with 1-2 years’ experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Collaborative team player - able to build successful relationships in a multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications team.
  • Strong people skills with ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple competing deadlines and working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong base knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and
  • Self-starter - proactive when dealing with problems and confident to suggest and execute ideas for improvement.
