Join PwC’s Financial Advisory (FA) team as a marketing & events manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract role. PwC has a market leading brand in marketing and events strategy & delivery.
We are looking for an experienced marketing & events manager to develop and deliver integrated market plans, where events forms one part of a broader go to market picture. As part of the FA team, we are looking for someone who has significant events and project management experience, working as part of an integrated marketing and communications team. Be responsible for event strategy and project management: working with key stakeholders to ensure events are designed and delivered in line with the Financial Advisory markets strategy, including development of clear event project plans, with clear articulation of desired ROI.
Have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills: acting as key national point of contact across clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver professional service and positive outcomes.
Be proficient in project management: personally accountable to ensure that projects and business and usual events are delivered to deadline, on budget, and in line with the desired outcomes/ROI.
Have a strong workflow management - working with the Financial Advisory Senior Consultant to ensure that a fast paced, busy program of events is delivered to a high quality and brand standard across both project and business as usual events.
Have exceptional budget management skills - proactive tracking of return on investment; including guidance on best practice budgets to drive allocation of spend; event debrief sessions; and using feedback to guide future strategy.
Enable marketing and communications strategies - acting as an ambassador for marketing and communications, including supporting on integrated go to market plans; advising on best practice marketing strategy; and linking into PwC’s network of marketing processes to ensure brand integrity and strategic alignment.
