Assurance brings this to life by helping clients further enhance financial performance and operations and gain an understanding of the commercial issues facing their business, alongside the delivery of a range of Assurance services.

As a Marketing Manager in our Assurance Marketing team your impact will be seen by:

  • Your contribution to the achievement of the Assurance Markets strategy
  • Positioning yourself as a strategic marketer who facilitates business growth and has a clear and articulate vision for how marketing can proactively enable and achieve businesses objectives
  • Leading the development of campaigns and go-to-market approaches that best meet the marketing program desired outcomes and best practice principles
  • Managing and executing marketing programs and plans to meet agreed metrics, deadlines and budget and identifying opportunities to align across the firm’s lines of services to ensure marketing activity is streamlined and coordinated for our clients
  • Briefing and project managing internal and external teams, agencies and suppliers – research, communications, advertising, copywriting, web, design, social media, events etc.
  • Your ability to respond in a agile manner to market demands by providing integrated, end-to-end marketing advice from strategy through to execution
  • Critically reviewing, writing and editing content for thought leadership, collateral and web copy ensuring consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
  • Evaluating the success of overall programs and projects to present actionable insights and inform future marketing strategy, operations and tactics
  • Championing the implementation and integration of Salesforce into our go-to-market approach.

About You

You are analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots. You have project management skills with the ability to be highly collaborative, have a high attention to detail with strong stakeholder relationship management. You have experience in relationship programs and are accustomed to, and confident working with, both senior stakeholders and clients. You are committed to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firm’s best practice and have a strong background in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns/programs with budget management experience and an understanding of paid, owned and earned channels.

You also have strong digital skills and knowledge across marketing-related platforms, especially Salesforce. Formal qualifications in business, marketing or communications.
