Based in either Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney or Brisbane as a Pursuit Manager you will focus on delivering outcomes using facilitation and project management skills.
Working with lead Partners and proposal teams you will drive and deliver best practice in pursuits and proposals to win major opportunities in the market. The role is integral in supporting teams to grow revenue, and improve Consulting’s overall effectiveness in winning new work.
As Pursuit Manager in the Consulting Markets team your impact will be seen by:
You have a minimum of 8 years exceptional experience in a similar role, have the confidence and passion for bringing together people to collaborate and win opportunities in the market. You will be an adept and experienced facilitator with experience in or exposure to professional services. You will be someone who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders. While you may be experienced in writing proposals we ask our Consulting subject matter experts to focus on content.
You demonstrate the attributes of being a team player who is a self-starter, detail oriented, and a strong communicator. Your ability to negotiate and persuade senior stakeholders to effectively prioritise and a strong commercial acumen will be highly valued in this role.
You are digitally proficient in platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and Google apps for work. Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Consulting team deliver innovative results drawing on our best practices tools and technology to support you.
