As Account Manager working on an Iconic Telecommunications Account and supporting, when required, our Strategic accounts, the role is focused on delivering outcomes and exceptional client service. The role is an integral part of the account teams stretching from strategy to execution, working with the lead Partners and and other account leaders to build a successful account. As an Account Manager in the Consulting Market’s Account Management team your impact will be seen by:
About You
You have a minimum of 8 years exceptional experience and have confidence and passion for account management. You can work in high pressure environments and deliver on tight deadlines. You are skilled in account management and sales principles, project and time management, strategic thinking and know how to execute. You have strong data analysis and visualisation skills, comfortably use Salesforce reporting and dashboards and are digitally proficient in platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and Google apps for work.
You demonstrate the attributes of being a team player who is a self-starter, detail oriented, a strong communicator with the confidence to negotiate and persuade senior stakeholders, is able to prioritise, with strong commercial acumen. You may also have experience in leading and coaching teams. In addition, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build impactful relationships quickly through well-articulated points of view.
