Project Administrator | Accounts Receivable | Bid Co-ordinator

Job Description

If you have significant accounts receivable experience and are looking to broaden your horizons to include project administration and bid submission assistance, then we would like to talk to you. We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient full time Project Administrator to assist with the day-to-day support and management of current and future projects.

In this role you will have proven expertise, communication skills and the time management abilities required to support project staff with the facilitation of project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident in interfacing with clients/suppliers/contractors and facilitating project documentation.
  • Proactive and solutions orientated - we want someone to interact closely with the Project Managers to get invoices produced and the business's needs addressed.
  • Flexible in switching between accounts and general administrative tasks
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise.


To be successful you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Accounts experience essential
  • Experience with accounts receivable, postings, reconciliations, accruals, cost control and EOM/EOY reporting tasks
  • Experience with credit card reconciliations
  • Coordinating Perth bids, including production, writing and upload
  • Experience with coordinating and maintaining project files, registers, managing document version control, billing assistance, project reconciliations and undertaking project research as required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative in following and/or interpreting instructions
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite with advanced competency in Excel
  • Mobilisation experience will be highly regarded
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
