Through the execution of this strategy it has solidified its position as a leading multi-disciplinary cityshaping advisory firm which includes the areas of planning, design, policy, heritage, valuations, transactions, economics and research.

As part of their continued growth there is now a newly created opportunity for a Brand & Clients Manager to join the team in Sydney as part of a broader national team.

This position will report into the Group Director and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering client management strategies and initiatives utilising innovative and effective marketing, communications and business development campaigns.

Some key priorities will include :

  • Elevating the ‘client voice’ within Urbis – by developing and sharing client insights via Client Listening, client reporting and market intelligence
  • Evolve and deliver the sector strategies by developing focused and impactful client strategies, and leveraging market leading brand awareness and profiling strategies to reinforce the firm’s market position
  • Fostering and building an ideas culture within the company by leveraging thought leadership to drive business development/ client conversations
  • Coach, advise and partner with the business on identifying and securing new opportunities and help preserve and grow client relationships.

To succeed in this role you will have proven experience in a business development, client or marketing management role gained in a professional services / advisory firm.

You will also have a keen interest in urban development and renewal and a confidence to develop, influence and deliver new ideas in a collegiate and inspiring way.
