We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Adviser to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Sydney on a 12 month contract.

In this varied role you will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and support the broader team with the day-to-day management of the firm’s marketing & communications activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and editing branded content for social media channels.
  • Supporting development of video and podcast content for use across the firm’s digital channels.
  • Writing and editing content for the firm’s website, keeping the content updated, fresh and relevant, including working with the BDM External Publications Manager and BDM Operations Coordinator.
  • Supporting internal communications campaigns, including writing for the firm’s intranet.
  • Supporting external marketing and brand campaigns, including advertising and sponsorships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3 years relevant marketing and/or communications experience from Professional Services or a Law firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to apply best practice digital and social skills to the job.
  • A high level of computer literacy with the ability to use online tools.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and workloads.
  • An ability to act on initiative and apply creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of uploading of content to a website.
