We have an opportunity for a full-time permanent Business Development & Marketing Operations Co-ordinator to join our
Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team in Sydney.

This is a new operations role within the BDM team and offers an exciting career development opportunity for a consummate professional who is ready to contribute to a high functioning and experienced team.

This role is responsible for:

  • CRM system and e-marketing solution to support client interactions
  • Document production including using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Coordination of materials for meetings, diary management and budget monitoring for the BDM Director
  • General BDM administrative support
  • Providing support to the Marketing and Business Development team as required including event support, maintaining the BDM content for the website and intranet, compiling tenders, capability statements, credentials and marketing documents.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ experience ideally working in a similar environment such as professional services, consulting firms or financial services.
  • High level of technology capability and knowledge of e-marketing and CRM tools
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Understanding of digital and social platforms and functionality
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications (not essential)

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with an operations, marketing or business development background. You are happy to work autonomously, enjoy a variety of work and managing a number of different priorities. You are super organised and love a good process! You have good client service skills, in person, on the phone and via email.
