The Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Brand & Clients consultant to join our national team to help us strengthen our market orientation and maximise our client and market impact. Reporting to the Brand & Clients Manager and working in close collaboration with the Brand & Clients team you will help to coordinate and enable the delivery of a diverse range of market and client growth priorities and projects.

You will:

  • Support the Brand & Clients Managers to deliver business development initiatives across NSW, select national markets and clients;
  • Drive a value mindset across the business including providing value proposition and strategic work winning advice to internal clients;
  • Contribute to the delivery of business development, client management and integrated marketing initiatives that facilitate revenue growth across Australia and potentially abroad;
  • Support the evolution of the firm’s client management philosophy, framework and practice;
  • Prepare market and client research and insights to inform practical and actionable business development strategies and advice.
  • Be a champion of tender best practice, supporting our people to utilise the Tender Toolkit, navigate go/no decisions, devise winning strategies and value propositions, and coach teams to sharpen their pitch and find their Bolder Voice along the way;
  • Coordinate activities with key industry bodies and membership associations;
  • Assist in the development of thought leadership campaigns; strategic events and integrated campaigns;
  • Have and Maintaining a broad knowledge of industry trends and developments and supporting the company’s business development initiatives that align with these developments;
  • Other duties as required.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong project management skills and be adept at managing multiple stakeholders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A motivated self-starter who is also able to apply a team mindset as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders of varied seniority.
