The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Marketing Systems Coordinator ( Temp or Contract) to join our high performing Clients, Marketing and Communications Team.

The role location can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.

This role provides operational management of marketing and communications systems, data analysis and governance of contact databases in supporting the Clients, Marketing and Communications team to deliver client engagement campaigns and activities.

What We'll Love About You

  • Supports the governance and provides operational management of marketing and communication systems including user training and support
  • Develop, manage and optimise integrated marketing campaigns and templates to support marketing and client positioning
  • Provide regular engagement and post-campaign reports, analysis and benchmarking
  • Influences business and provide governance in client development practices and company processes, specifically Client contact database and internal databases.
  • Proactive engagement with internal stakeholders to manage contact database
  • Proactive engagement with third-party system providers
  • Ensure continuous optimisation of systems and processes to evolve marketing and communication automation capability.
Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or business.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a professional services or corporate environment in email marketing, customer engagement and/or in a relationship management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot (preferred) or similar. Proficient skills in data analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL (desirable)
