The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Adviser who is a self-starter, client-centric and relationship focused to join our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office.

As a core member of the Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in driving selected business unit marketing strategies and campaigns to help them achieve their business objectives and positioning the firm.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with client-facing stakeholders, business development teams and technical experts to ensure marketing is aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to support business unit business strategies and position the firm across various markets
  • Develop key value proposition messaging informed by macro-trends, market and client insights
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, responsiveness and accountabilities

What we'll love about you

You have a Marketing background gained in professional services or corporate B2B environment. You bring strong interpersonal skills as well as:

  • 7+ years of experience in building marketing campaigns, digital channels and client engagement activities
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering creative and effective integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, proactive and adaptable to change
  • A team player attitude
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business
