Vivienne
Corcoran
President Vivienne has been an enthusiastic member and presenter for APSMA and now ICON since back in the days when there were 8 large accounting firms.

Vivienne started her working life with actuaries and has since held marketing and strategy director roles for accountants, engineers, IP and IT firms, lawyers and more recently agronomists working and presenting all over Australasia and throughout UK and Asia. Along the way she spent 15 years in brand strategy, developing and rolling out brands for B2B and B2C brands such as Telstra, ANZ and NEC. In the last 10 plus years Vivienne has developed a real passion for the voice of the client. She has interviewed 000s of clients and developed and delivered client feedback programs. She is the author of “Growing Your Professional Practice”. More recently Vivienne has taken this passion to the books and is working on a PhD in client feedback with Edinburgh Business School.

Alongside her professional career, Vivienne has 25 years’ experience as a qualified company director, sitting on boards of health, education and arts organisations. Apart from sitting on the Board of ICON, she is currently Chair of Statewide Autistic Services, is on the board of Victorian Opera and owns Melbourne’s oldest independent wine shop The Wigs Cellar with her husband. She has two grown sons and loves reading, art, live music, paddle boarding and, obviously, food and wine.

Jocelyn
Mackenzie - Ross
Vice President Jocelyn has been a member of ICON since 2016, first as Queensland Committee Member then as Chair before joining the board as a director in 2023.

Jocelyn commenced her career working in the tourism industry after living for 4.5 years in Japan. She worked as sales and key account manager for attractions and hotels in Cairns, managing the accounts of some of the largest travel agencies in north Asia, Europe and Australia.

In 2010, Jocelyn returned to Brisbane where she took on senior marketing roles in software and publishing before transitioning to professional services, working in marketing and business development for a SEQ-based accounting firm and large legal firms Norton Rose Fulbright and MinterEllison. She has used her problem-solving skills to help accountants, lawyers and other professionals to achieve business growth by bringing people and ideas together.

Jocelyn is currently Pursuits Manager for Ashurst. She works with partners and senior lawyers to drive strategic initiatives across Business Development, Pursuits and Client Relationship Management. Jocelyn has recently completed her MBA at the University of Queensland and is using the skills developed to come up with original solutions to problems and stay abreast of the latest industry and market trends.
Andrew
Bevan
Treasurer Andy is a business development, pitching and marketing specialist with 15 years of experience working in the professional services sector across the UK, Singapore and Australia.

Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Pursuits for Asia Pacific at JLL, Andy leads a team of over 50 Pursuits experts spread across the region. Over six years he has successfully scaled the Pursuits team from a two-person operation to a powerhouse of over 50 professionals in 13 countries.

Andy's expertise lies in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue and margin growth, revolutionising pitching methodologies, and establishing offshore Centres of Excellence. Prior to JLL, Andy held key positions at Norton Rose Fulbright and Freshfields, where he honed his skills in business development and marketing, working across various practice areas and industry sectors.

Andy brings a global perspective to his roles, and excels in collaborating with executive leadership, driving teamwork across diverse cultures, and implementing data-driven approaches to measure and enhance performance.

Andy is a general sports enthusiast. With his own sporting days now far behind him, he channels his love for sports into being his sons' number one fan at their Saturday morning games.


Jason
Milton
Company Secretary Jason is a senior business development and marketing professional with more than 20 years experience, across nearly the full spectrum of professional services. He has worked in major law firms in Australia and internationally, including Herbert Smith Freehills, Linklaters and Mayer Brown, a large management construction firm, Turner & Townsend and accountancy firm Grant Thornton. His roles have included managing high performing teams across EMEA while in the UK and Asia Pac when in Australia, across multiple offices and locations.

Jason has worked across various different aspects of business development and marketing, looking after regions, sectors, business units/practice groups, key account clients and various marketing activities, all the way from strategic advice and support through to managing and running events.

Jason currently heads up the BD and Marketing team for Deloitte in Queensland. His role covers, strategic support to the business, BD, account management, marketing, communications and events working with many of Australia’s largest companies and brands. Jason’s focus is on ensuring everything that is undertaken is client centric and leads to achieving the best results for clients.Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketeer.

Jason is married with three children, manages a couple of his daughters basketball teams and when he has time likes to keep active, playing squash, tennis, running, swimming and kayaking, which he will continue to do as long as his body will allow.

Anja
Vogel
Board Member Anja is a results-driven marketing and communications leader with over 10 years' experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth for global law firms. As the Head of Marketing + Communications at Wotton + Kearney, she leads the corporate communications, media relations, and internal communications, as well as all marketing campaigns for the firm..

Anja is passionate about creating compelling content and delivering end-to-end campaigns that are aligned to business strategy, ensuring there is a cohesive approach across all marketing, communications and business development activities. She has successfully managed campaigns for various industries, such as financial services, life sciences and professional services, working closely with the senior leadership team and the business development team. She also has a Masters of Marketing and a strong background in public relations and media engagement..

Priyanka
Nadkarni
Board Member Priyanka has been involved with ICON since 2015, firstly as a Committee Member and then as the Co-Vice Chair of the Singapore chapter; She joined the ICON Board of Directors in September 2018 where she has championed our Learning & Development framework and digital communications.

She is a commercially-driven and sales-focused Marketing Director with 18+ years of experience in Financial Services marketing - specialising in Fintech, Web3 (inc Crypto) and B2B across Asia Pacific. As the Founder of Window Seat Consulting, she helps B2B brands navigate digital marketing transformation, and build teams that have a growth marketing mindset, with revenue generation and long-term brand value at the core.

She has worked for, or consulted to marketing leaders at Westpac, ANZ, Experian, Standard Chartered, Allied World, Reuters Plus, First Abu Dhabi Bank, TZ APAC (Tezos), Blockbank, bolttech and more.
Kristy
Rewell
Board Member Kristy is a business development, marketing, and strategy professional with more than 15 years’ experience. She has held senior roles in major law firms across Australia, Asia and New Zealand, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehills, Clayton Utz and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Her most recent role was as Director of Business Development & Marketing at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, New Zealand’s top-tier law firm.

Kristy is also a solicitor admitted to practise in Western Australia and is accredited by the Attorney-General’s Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. This unique combination of legal, dispute resolution, and business development experience enables her to deliver strategic, client-focused advice that mitigates risk while identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.

Kristy has been actively involved in ICON since 2011. She began as a member in Hong Kong before moving to Australia and joining the Perth committee. She was appointed to the ICON Board of Directors in 2023.
Cheryl
Lee
Board Member Cheryl started her professional journey in LA whilst at university, interning and working for Twentieth Century Fox, Entertainment Tonight, the Oscars and the Emmys.

After graduation, she moved back to Hong Kong to pursue a career in events, marketing and PR before joining the world of professional services, where she has over 12 years' experience working in in international law firms.

Her experience includes business development, marketing, events, pitching, employee engagement, coaching, social entrepreneurship, DEI and training programmes.

She is passionate about a people-first approach, firmly believing in the transformative power of effective communication and engagement.

She is currently a Senior Business Development Manager and Executive Coach at Herbert Smith Freehills and has been a member of both Singapore and Hong Kong ICON committees.

Brenton
Anderson
Board Member Brenton is a business development and marketing leader with more than twenty years’ professional services experience, including more than ten years’ leading teams within tier-1 and global law firms. He specialises in client, sector and practice strategy development and execution, revenue generation, marketing, pricing, brand and team leadership. He is currently the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Dentons in Australia, the largest global law firm in the world. The role is focused on aligning and executing the activities of the business development and marketing team with the firm strategy and works with Dentons’ global clients and markets team. Brenton is married with two children, is a recreational long-distance runner with more than 25 marathon finishes, and an avid collector and builder of Lego.
Harriet
McCauley
Board Member Harriet is APAC Sector Lead for Financial Institutions at A&O Shearman, based in Hong Kong, where she leads strategic client development and sector initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Originally from England, Harriet has been based in Hong Kong for over a decade and has built a career focused on regional roles that span multiple APAC markets, giving her a strong cross-cultural perspective on professional services, client engagement, and brand strategy.
 
With more than fourteen years’ experience in marketing and business development within leading global law firms, Harriet brings deep insight into the evolving needs of firms and clients across the region. She took on the role of Chair of the ICON Hong Kong Committee when it re-formed post-Covid, finding it especially rewarding to be actively involved in growing the community, supporting professional development, and championing collaboration and best practice in Hong Kong.

Outside of the office, Harriet enjoys playing netball, tennis and exploring the mountains of Hong Kong – all of which are currently on hold as she welcomes her first child.
