NO LIMITS ANNUAL APSMA CONFERENCE WRAP-UP



The aim of 2014 Annual APSMA conference was to push the boundaries with the theme ‘No Limits’!  We wanted to provide a conference program that would challenge delegates to think outside the box of the professional services paradigm they work in every day and we think this was achieved!


The Conference was held at the Raddison Blu Hotel Sydney on October 23 and 24 and delegates attended from across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore and from a broad range of the regions professional services firms, large and small.

The line-up of speakers was inspiring, starting with an Economic update from Justin Smirk of Westpac to kick things off. Dr Bob Murray gave a fascinating insight into how sales people and customers view each other and how knowing the differences can help you to become a powerful persuader in your daily role.

In addition we also heard about taking a great idea and building a start up, using your voice to influence, a thought provoking Managing Partner panel and listening to what matters to the CMO’s. This gave delegates plenty to think about in how they can 'think outside the box' and how to inspire others in their firms to do the same.

Another spectacular cocktail party was attended by over 200 people at the fabulous Café del Mar in Cockle Bay Wharf.
