Smart Seeds is a 10 week innovation program targeted toward Young Professionals (those in the first 4-10 years of their professional career), that sets out to solve some of our cities biggest challenges. Started by GHD in Melbourne in 2012, the program is now run globally across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and North America. Launched in Auckland in 2016, Auckland and Wellington in 2017, and planned for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in 2018, the program engages people across all levels of a business, from Young Professionals through to Senior Management and CEO’s.

Hear how GHD launched this program in New Zealand and how it has helped to deepen client relationships. Key points that will be covered:

  • What is Smart Seeds – how was it developed, what does the program involve?
  • How did we engage with clients, partners and sponsors to get them on-board?
  • What have been the results and how has this helped to build better client relationships?
  • What challenges did we face?
