Dale Roberts, CEO, KOJO
Dale has been a company director and board member at KOJO since 1995 and is a key driver of its' broad business interests. From Hollywood movies, to international television series, live events, digital platforms, national advertising campaigns and live sport; Dale has built a reputation as a highly creative and strategic business executive over the past 27 years.
His creative approach to business fuels the strategic direction of KOJO as it continually evolves to meet the needs of brands and clients nationally and internationally.
Dale has held numerous senior management positions at KOJO over the past 23 years, was appointed Managing Partner in June 2011 and became CEO in January 2013.
Penny Reidy, National Marketing Manager, behind closed doors
Penny has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, communications and management from a range of industries including defence, higher education, not for profit and travel.
Her career has included positions in Australia, USA and the UK providing exposure to working in varying cultures across both large corporate organisations and small business.
With experience managing a large communications team, as well as working as a sole operator, Penny’s diverse career gives her a distinct understanding of a wide cross-section of business and industry.
From strategic marketing planning to hands on tactical skills, Penny is a well-rounded marketing professional. A graduate journalist she also has extensive skills in digital marketing and enjoys working on multi-layer marketing communications campaigns.
Joanne Denley, Special Advisor, Bridgestone Australia
Joanne has more than 30 years’ experience in risk management and human resources. She was the first female to be appointed to the Board of Directors for the Bridgestone Australia Group of companies and was responsible for all Corporate Services functions including finance, IT, legal counsel, risk management and human resources.
Joanne transitioned to the position of an independent Director with the Bridgestone Group in 2016 and from January this year became their Special Advisor. Joanne has vast experience in managing industrial relations and improving operational efficiencies and is well known for her change management expertise.
She has board experience in both the private and public sector and is currently the Chairman of ReturnToWorkSA and a Board member of TAFE Directors Australia, TAFE SA, Adelaide Venue Management Corporation and the Automotive Transformation Taskforce Board.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
