Relationship (n.) - the way in which two or more people or things are connected, or the state of being connected.
In our B2B professional services world, people buy from people. And while we’re all always pitching for that next major transaction, the relationships we nurture will drive and deliver the long term value. But how do you, both personally and professionally, connect to demonstrate value?
We’re all faced with an abundance of frameworks and tools to help us create meaningful connections with our clients through telling compelling and valuable stories, but finding what works, or the right mix can be challenging.
In this session, our facilitator Michael Kilrain, will take a practical approach to exploring and implementing a number of tools/frameworks that help create and curate compelling narratives – both for client relationships as well as your own. This won’t be limited to storytelling, but will explore (and break down) a number of the current buzzwords and have you working on your own problem statement or goal.
