First, let's define a successful coaching conversation. Or, better yet, let's explain what coaching conversation is not. A coaching conversation is not where you tell your peer, team or employee what to do, but through asking the right questions help them come up with an answer their way at the right time. Not every discussion you have with your team will be a coaching conversation. But, the good news, though, is that with the right tools, structure, practice and feedback, almost anybody can have successful change-based conversations. Join Debra Burlington to learn the structure and strategies for leading impactful coaching conversations.
The session will be a blend of theory and practice, and to enable real-life issues to be explored, please submit your challenges and questions before the session. If you want to conduct impactful coaching conversations that motivate, encourage, and inspire others to act, then is the webinar for you!
