It is time for something a little different, rather than our usual webinar format, this session will be a BD coaching session with the one and only Wayne Stewart - Director, Monte Rosa, and we are looking to you for our discussion topics.

To get involved, email events@iconapac.com with your top BD challenges – they can be external market or client challenges you are working through with your teams, or challenges around internal relationships, and Wayne will talk through them at the session. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions on the day. Chatham house rules will apply and if you'd like your query to remain anonymous in the discussion, just let us know in your email.

When it comes to professional services business development and sales, Wayne Stewart is one of the true thought leaders in the Asia-Pacific market. For the past 20 years he has helped professionals find new ways to build their practice authentically regardless of the market conditions.

What makes Wayne’s expertise so rare is that in addition to his work enhancing the BD/pitching skills of professionals he is also engaged to train procurement managers, and their leadership teams, on developing better relationships with their suppliers. Because he sees the supplier/firm interaction from both sides he has a unique perspective on where the opportunities, and threats, lie for firms in the “Age of the Client”.

Backing up his consulting work Wayne has considerable experience as an in house marketer and executive. He has worked as a BDM, Client Relationship Manager and CMO/CSO meaning that he has "walked the talk” selling to clients, leading BD pursuits, managing key accounts and running change projects. His background will provide participants with numerous tips, traps and triumphs to help them find the best, and quickest path, to change their firms.

Over the past few years Wayne has worked with many companies, including Google, the World Bank, the Disney Corporation, Rabobank, Clayton Utz, Urbis, MinterEllison, and Metagenics.
