Leonie Mitaxa
Transformation Manager, JLL
Through innovation, transformation and change programs, Leonie supports organisations in exploring space, technology and culture uplifts to achieve their aspirations and bring out the best in their people.
A key part of this process is persuading groups of the advantages and opportunities before them. From engaging with large-scale groups at industry seminars (such as the CoreNet Global “Red Talks”), to lecturing on Public Relations at Deakin University, and down to small team decision-makers in her day-job in transforming the workplace, Leonie is a master at convincing people of the case for change.
Building from a diverse background across the private sector, academia and extensive engagement with government agencies, she has the ability to evaluate points of resistance, develop mutual understandings and drive a core agenda. Her position as a chairperson for a local Toastmasters chapter is further demonstrative of her exceptional ability to persuade audiences.
Leonie is one of the industry’s key speakers, and a true expert in persuasion.
