Vinnie is a 17-year veteran of the advertising industry. In 2015, he started his first agency, Frizbee - focused on helping enterprise tech and financial services brands with their B2B digital marketing strategy and execution; to harvest leads, nurture them and gain new and repeat business sales through creative, digital and automated means.
It was here, the same clients he produced brand work for, expressed an appetite in leveraging the power of the LinkedIn platform for their own profiles, adding to the reach and share of voice of the communications already going into market. Naturally, an official partnership with LinkedIn was formed and the start of Vinnie’s manual Social Selling production journey had begun.
Back then, the amount of resource required to pull together these types of programs meant that his agency had to charge anywhere between $100k - $150k per profile, per year. In 2021, he and Wayne created MySocial.ai to be able to provide this service for as little as $16.50 p/month p/user.

For the last 19+ years, Wayne has worked in advertising, media and marketing on everything from direct mail campaigns, TV commercials, events through to virtually every digital touch point you can think of.
This has included organisations such as Microsoft Australia where he was the social and digital marketing lead and industries such as financial services, automotive, alcohol, travel, not-for-profit, tech and many more across Asia, Oceania, EMEA and North America. Whilst he would be regarded as a digital specialist, it’s not a term Wayne is fond of as all consumer’s journeys are a combination of offline and online, not just one or the other. As such, he will always refer to himself as an integrated marketer.
