He cut his teeth in sales and sales management, before jumping into advisory roles with Ernst Young and Deloitte to unify all aspects of technology, people and process against that thing called the customer lifecycle. His expertise cuts across most industries and size of businesses... notably Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Roche, Google and Metcash to name a few. 

    In recent years he has improved sales team skills at Amazon Web Services, Salesforce and ServiceNow. He's recently joined Highspot as their Principal Business Value Strategist... focusing on helping GTM teams improve revenues. He's a fan of pragmatic data, and lives by the phrase "you can't manage what you can't measure"... which is everything in today's world.

She has in-depth knowledge of marketing disciplines including strategy and planning, channel/partner marketing, Partner programs, indirect sales leadership, and analyst relations.

    Prior to moving into consulting, Mona held senior executive positions with market-leading organizations including Forrester, Autodesk, Gartner, Symantec, Intel Security, IBM, Optus, and Telstra.
