In an increasingly crowded and competitive marketplace, clients are raising the bar of expectancy for professional services firms. They are wanting more from their advisors, not only in terms of additional value adds, but through the delivery of highly tailored practical advice for them and their business.
This session will practically examine what role business developers and marketers can play in helping firms step up to the plate and differentiate their offering to clients. Not only by being more of an advisor to the firm and moving away from partner-led marketing, but by creating tailored client solutions that can be positioned to a market of one.
This can only be achieved with real focus, deep knowledge and, most importantly, a shift in thinking.
