As marketers we are deeply involved in our firms’ client attraction strategies and processes; from developing initial brand awareness through to tender development, client acquisition and ongoing customer loyalty programs.

One of the keys to a successful digital strategy in professional services is sending the right message to the right person at the right time.

Laura Campbell, Director at Deloitte Digital, will dissect the B2B customer lifecycle and share her thoughts on which digital strategies and tools might be considered in each phase of the lifecycle in order to connect and engage with decision makers.

This fast-paced and energetic session will leave you with the resources to either kick-off your digital strategy for the year or identify potential capabilities gaps within your existing marketing strategy.

Laura’s career has run the full gamut of digital, PR and strategic marketing. She has specialist skills in developing and optimising online channels, which have been formed in her roles both internationally and domestically across a wide variety of industries including banking and finance, tourism and online retail.

Laura’s committed to providing channel of choice for customers and hence devises solutions that cohesively deliver digital and offline customer experiences.
