Paul, as the Director and principal consultant of QED Business Development, has spent over 10,000 hours working coaching and training professionals across Australia, Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand.
He specialises in the legal, accounting and engineering markets, helping his clients to win new business and build profitable, sustainable practices.
Prior to establishing QED, he was one of the first 5 people ever employed by EY as a business development specialist and was a pioneer in the establishment of the Big 4 business development model in that firm. Before that he was an oil trader with BHP Petroleum where he ultimately was responsible for $4billion of oil sales per year.
He prides himself on delivering practical, usable advice that helps people to develop business more comfortably with their existing and prospective clients and learn skills that can last a lifetime.
