ICON is pleased to announce our upcoming 2023 development program for those on the cusp of leadership roles.

Fast Track will take BD & Marketing professionals with 7-10 years’ experience on a six-part program; assisting them to become trusted advisors, team leaders, managers and mentors.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Each session has been designed to develop a particular skillset and will run fortnightly between March and May 2023. You will receive take-aways and recordings from each session as well as networking and contact development opportunities throughout.

Session 1: 21-24 March - 2 hour Networking In-Person 

21 March - Sydney | 22 March - Brisbane | 23 March - Melbourne | 23 March - Singapore | 24 March - Online

Join your local chapters for our opening session IN PERSON. A great opportunity to network with speakers and other Fast Track participants, we'll also be leading a discussion on "What is the role of BD & Marketing in Professional Services firms?"

Full programs will be shared with participants, and an online event is also available. 

Session 2: Tuesday, 28 March - 1.5 hrs Influence Skills Workshop with Keith Dugdale, The Business of Trust (Webinar)

Keith Dugdale is Founder of the Business of Trust and Co-Author of Smarter Selling, after a 25+ year career with PWC in Europe, Asia and Australia, he now helps firms in building trust internally and to grow sales. He will share how to better INFLUENCE leaders in the business through:

  • Adapting your behaviour to different types of people
  • Asking questions which help you engage with leaders
  • Being seen as a critical person for the business strategy

Session 3:  Tuesday, 18 April - 1.5 hrs Opportunity Skills Leadership Panel including Warwick Absolon, PwC (Webinar) Amanda Fong, Build Apps (Webinar) and Danielle De Amicis, SAS (Webinar)

In this panel session and workshop, participants will hear from industry leaders on how to identify, develop and pitch OPPORTUNITIES. They'll share how they've done so in their own careers, and what they look for in the people in their teams.

Session 4: Thursday, 11 May - 1.5 hrs Collaboration Skills Workshop with Clifford Morgan, Author of the Coaching Leader + Fireside Chat Guest Cheryl Lee, Herbert Smith Freehills (Webinar)

Clifford Morgan is an Organisational Psychologist, Leadership Coach and Author. In this fireside chat with Cheryl Lee from HSF on COLLABORATION, they’ll use frameworks from Clifford’s book The Coaching Leader to share the essential skills to enhance your leadership and develop your people every day. Giving you the key skills to manage your team members.

Session 5:
 Wednesday24 May - 1.5 hrs Networking Skills Workshop with Janine Scott, The Gap Collective (Webinar)

Janine is a B2B marketing and communication specialist with more than 25 years’ experience working as a strategic business partner and executive leader in national and international organisations. She will share key insights from her 3 Pillars of Influence program about how to create impact and demonstrate value using your NETWORK and those who are important to your success.
