In this online workshop Joel will outline key strategy concepts and tools BDMC leaders can use to ensure they are contributing to, and leading, a firm's strategy. These include:

  • Strategic alignment – how aligning the marketplace strategy, brand, operating model, culture and leadership is a foundation for sustainable success.
  • Power mapping – how understanding where and how power is distributed across the firm is critical to strategy formulation and execution.
  • Strategic framing – the art of framing issues and opportunities to derive strategic insight and craft a winning game plan.
