ICON is pleased to announce that our popular development program for early-stage marketers and BD professionals will be expanding into a regional program. Starting on 16 September, the program will run for 5 consecutive weeks, featuring a series of five virtual (and only where possible, in-person) events dedicated to preparing members for their next promotion or milestone.
At ICON, we want to ensure that all participants will have the opportunity to continue learning and growing during this uncertain time.
Highlights for Next Step 2020 include:
- Designed specifically to support in a virtual world, this year’s program also includes a one-off small-group mentoring session to support the specific challenges an individual may have.
- Each session will also be accompanied with L&D tools and checklists to support participants beyond the program.
- Get access to advice from 10+ senior leaders who have successfully navigated their next steps, and to a community that can help support you in your next step.
This hybrid regional / local format program will be presented by senior professionals, representing a variety of professional services industries in the region.
