Louise Wakefield is a leadership trainer and professional development coach currently making her mark across regional Australia.
Louise has inspired and equipped many aspiring leaders and change makers with the skills and strategies they need to lead themselves and others towards success.
From Trainee to Director, Louise has worked in and with local government for over twenty five years. Having led various cross functional teams, and with experience delivering planning and development projects within the public and private sectors, Louise is adept at seeing the big picture, and how core leadership skills can influence effective collaboration, personal wellbeing and achievement of outcomes.
After major brain surgery in 2019 left her needing to adjust her career, Louise transformed her love for regional Australia and passion for promoting effective leadership into the fast-growing, values led business, LeadSpace.
Louise works with organisations and individuals to develop leadership capability and transform the way people see themselves, their organisations and their communities.
Lucia Serban
Head of Marketing and Communications, Savills
Lucia Serban is a seasoned marketer with over 15 years of experience in professional services, property and investment management marketing across EMEA and APAC markets.
She currently oversees all internal and external communications of Savills Singapore and its affiliated companies. As Head of department, she manages the Marketing team where she is responsible for guiding the team and mentoring them on their career path.
Romanian born and educated in London, she has throughout her career progressively taken responsibility and gained extensive expertise in cross-cultural working environment.
An excellent communicator, with a flexible style, she has a proven track-record of achieving business objectives through skilful analysis, confident negotiations and inspirational stakeholder relationships.
