If you’re asking, “what is inbound marketing?” Put simply, inbound marketing is about publishing the right content in the right place at the right time, to engage with potential customers in a way that is relevant to them, helping to create an ongoing dialogue between them and your organisation.
Rob Steers, the current Head of Digital & CRM at Step Change, will run us through best practice and some fresh ideas on how to attract customers using inbound marketing. He’ll also explain how it can be used as an effective lead nurturing strategy.

Rob Steers is the current Head of Digital & CRM at Step Change and the former Head of Digital at Deloitte Australia. He also ran his own marketing agency, Creative Development, for 6 years, working with global brands on the product and marketing strategy. Rob has developed global and local multi-channel marketing and brand strategies with Superannuation Firms, Fintech Firms, Deloitte, Jeep, Johns Manville, Grays Online, United Colors of Benetton, LJ Hooker, and Konica Minolta.
He has also led dispersed marketing teams in countries from the Philippines, Pakistan, Egypt, India, and across Australia.
