    To help address these gaps, ICON WA invites you to our 5 June session to participate in a business simulation workshop that will bring unique insights into how cash circulates through a business and affects teams working across various functions.

    Program Details:

    This business simulation, run by experts from Nexia, will immerse you in a hands-on, interactive environment that brings financial statements and the art of business to life. Working in teams, participants will form the management board of an established company facing some typical market challenges. Working together you’ll make changes to the business operations to improve your financial and market position. Collectively we’ll see how to make more profit without extra sales and the impact one person’s actions can really make on business performance.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your 'learning by doing’ in a simulation that has already helped scores of teams and individuals in a wide range of professional and B2B firms better understand how their businesses really tick. Places are limited to 30 participants so register to attend without delay.

    Schedule:

    4:30 pm: Registration / Tea & Coffee
    4:45 pm: Simulation starts
    6:45 pm: Workshop ends followed by drinks, nibbles & networking

    Presenter Details:

    Solvita Bleiere, Director - Human Capital Solutions, Nexia Australia

    Solvita is an experienced talent leader dedicated to building high performing teams and driving change. With international experience gained as an external consultant and internal practitioner, she designs, leads and delivers strategic, leadership and human capital development projects. Combining a broad understanding of business with knowledge of organisational dynamics, human capital development and qualifications in coaching, Solvita is furthermore a Celemi accredited facilitator, focused on delivering organisational success through simulation-based action learning.

    Brenton Lawrence, Associate Director – Business Advisory, Nexia Australia

    Brenton’s focus is to provide an integrated service for his client’s individual and business needs whilst developing long term client relationships. Brenton has over 10 years experience in accounting and taxation, with particular expertise in management accounting, live accounting, and helping businesses realise their full potential through business simulations.
