With the over-abundance of professional service firms in Asia, servicing key clients is essential to maintain and grow revenue. However, most of us don’t have the time to do this on top of our “day jobs”. In this session we have a panel from different professional services backgrounds who have worked on client accounts/programs who will share their experiences and tips on:

  • Why CRM/Key Account Management is essential and worth investing in
  • How to get buy in / implement this on top of your day jobs
  • Some of the key components/steps to a key client program
  • Practical examples of CRM in practice
  • The skill set needed from BD professionals
  • The value of client feedback
