Shona launched her coaching business in London and worked across Europe for over a decade, before relocating back to Western Australia in 2016. She now works domestically and internationally with clients including Allens, ATCO, Baker & McKenzie, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, DLA Piper, Gilbert + Tobin, Hawaiian, Imdex, Lockton and Shell. Prior to launching her own performance consulting business, Shona was ranked 6th in the world as a competitive Ballroom and Latin American 10-Dancer and has represented Australia in 12 different countries.
