Shona Rowan
Shona Rowan is an international performance and mind-set consultant, inspirational speaker and high-performance coach. Shona has over 15 years of experience helping organisations inspire, develop and retain their talent and clients via inspirational events, peak performance workshops and 1-2-1 coaching sessions. As a former International Ballroom and Latin 10-dancer, Shona represented Australia across the globe and combines deep practical experience of high-performance with her training in psychology, hypnotherapy, coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Based in London for over a decade, Shona relocated back to her home town of Perth in 2016 and now works across Australia and internationally. She is also the founder and host of The Psychology of Successful Women Podcast and Career Acceleration Program for Women in business. Her clients include organisations like Allens, Ashurst, ATCO, Baker McKenzie, Chevron, Citi Bank, ConocoPhillips, DLA Piper, Gold Fields, Gilbert + Tobin, Shell, TATA and UWA - where Shona lectures on the MBA programme and runs professional development workshops for staff/alumni.
