And then, without warning, without the ceremonial sound of a gong or a final smooth of the hair, you are LIVE.

In this session, Presence and Impact coach Victoria Mintey will use her 15+ years in theatre to re-introduce us to our imaginations and the right side of the brain. We will explore the mindset and the skills needed to speak with ease, comfort, passion and presence.

Victoria, based in Singapore and originally from the UK, has brought her training and guidance to teams and individuals within organisations such as LinkedIn, CNN, Oliver, BMW, P&G, AET Tankers, Engie, The Fry Group, Synthesis, Clyde and Co, RPC Law.
She trained as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and holds a BSc. in Psychology and Anthropology. She continues to work as a theatre actor in parallel with her training and coaching. She works with leading names in the Singapore arts community in productions of new work, Shakespeare, children’s theatre, internationally acclaimed writing and musicals.
Victoria’s diverse corporate experience is further enhanced by her work as a business role player at the front lines of experiential learning and development courses with clients such as GSK, Petronas, Barclays, Standard Chartered, Shell, BHP Billiton, Unilever, BP, Allianz, Savills, HSBC.
