It is with great excitement that we are rebooting the NZ chapter of ICON with a thought provoking presentation – to get us thinking and talking about the role we will all play in this ever changing world.

For those based in Auckland, we will follow our presentation with drinks/nibbles, giving us an opportunity to discuss how we would like to form and shape ICON in New Zealand.

Industries of every kind are facing into destructive waves of digitally-enabled change. Business leaders confront the vexed choice of whether to bring on digital disruption of existing profit streams or stand and fight to protect them.

The world of business is changing – in favour of the customer. No industry is immune from the massive opportunities that disruptive technologies and new digital business models can create to deliver better, faster, cheaper products, services and solutions. What if it’s not what you know, but what you are willing to unlearn, that holds the key to your organisation successfully adapting to changing market requirements?

In this provocative presentation, Steve Lennon will share his perspective on how to light a fire under your organisation, and fan the flames to drive big change, fast. This is the only way most large organisations will successfully withstand the ‘gale force ten’ winds of creative destruction they face, which are strengthening every year.
