The Talent War is Back On
Forget Recession. Forget Automation. Forget Fear.
We see something different.
Across Australia and parts of Asia – particularly Southeast Asia – the market for BD, marketing and communications professionals in professional services is showing signs of an economic summer. Behind the noise is a fresh wave of business confidence that's already driving hiring activity, especially in Australia.
It's a textbook recovery unfolding – but not evenly. In some parts of Asia, hiring remains cautious, with structural challenges like visa issues and sector-specific slowdowns continuing to shape the landscape.
Now's the time to get ahead and plan your strategy – whether you're building your dream team or lining up your next move.
Join us for ICON's one-hour webinar, Employment Market Update: Australia & Asia, led by industry heavyweights and alliance partners Charles Handley (Dalton Handley) and Andrew McGrath (Greenlight Consulting).
With backgrounds in economics and law, and over 30 years in career advisory, Charles and Andrew will cut through the headlines and speak plainly about salary trends, evolving roles, global mobility, and the AI-fuelled shift in expectations. You'll walk away with structured guidance for navigating the year ahead – across both steady and shifting markets.
