Professionalising communications in professional services firms
Professional services firms often combine marketing and communications roles, and the issues we manage can range from helping the managing partner communicate potentially emotive changes internally, through to launching global marketing initiatives and minimising fallout from the high profile media coverage their brands command. At the same time, both our sectors and how businesses communicate are undergoing fundamental change. This session aims to help you refine your approach to the diverse communications challenges you face, and will include a surgery session where you will be invited to raise and discuss with the group any live issues under Chatham House rules.
