Influencing senior stakeholders and maintaining a positive presence to drive your desired outcomes takes work and deliberate practice. During this session Dr Catherine See will discuss the sometimes complex space of navigating cultural and organisational dynamics to influence positively. About the speaker
Dr Catherine See is a Corporate Educator at the QUT Graduate School of Business and Director of Gravitas Consulting Group. She provides advice in relation to strategy, business design, talent management and HR frameworks, engagement and communication, change and capability management across public and private organisational environments. Her most recent projects have ranged from the provision of individual executive coaching in relation to strategy and governance to the design of organisation-wide capability development and career management frameworks in large corporate environments. Catherine’s clients include large public and private sector organisations, particularly in professional service environments.
